Delivery Terms (ඩිලිවරි කොන්දේසි)

Terms and Conditions

1. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days, except weekends and holidays.
2. The return of custom tinted colors is not permitted. If custom tinted colors* are tinted incorrectly by Fresh Coat Colors, we will exchange for the correct colors.
3. Order Cancellation Guidelines: You have the option to cancel your order, but this is only feasible prior to the dispatch of non-custom tinted colors. Once your order has been dispatched, any cancellations will incur a cancellation fee. This fee covers the actual shipping expenses and a processing fee.
4. Shipping Cost Insights: We appreciate your understanding that shipping costs can be substantial. For instance, transporting a 20L paint bucket incurs a shipping cost of Rs 4,000 on our end, although we charge Rs 400 for shipping from you.
5. Cancellation After Dispatch: In cases where an order is canceled after it has been dispatched, we must apply an additional fee to cover the actual shipping expenses incurred and the associated processing costs. This fee will be determined by Fresh Coat Colors.

කොන්දේසි

1. ඩිලිවරි කාලය සති අන්ත සහ රජයේ නිවාඩු දින හැර, ව්‍යාපාරික දින 2 – 5 කි.
2. ගනුදෙනුකරුගේ කැමැත්තට අනුව තැනූ වර්ණ* (custom tinted colors) ඇණවුම් අවලංගු කිරීමට හැකියාවක් නැත. Fresh Coat Colors මගින් වැරදි ලෙස වර්ණ සාදා ඇත්නම්, නිවැරදි වර්ණ නැවත ලබා දෙන්නෙමු.
3. ඔබට ඔබේ ඇණවුම අවලංගු කිරීම කළ හැක්කේ සම්මත වර්ණ කුරියර් කිරීමට (dispatch) පෙර පමණි. ඔබගේ ඇණවුම කුරියර් කිරීමෙන් (dispatch) පසු, ඕනෑම අවලංගු කිරීමක් සඳහා ගාස්තුවක් අය කෙරේ. මෙම ගාස්තුව සැබෑ ඩිලිවරි කිරීමේ වියදම් සහ සැකසුම් ගාස්තුවක් ආවරණය කරයි.
4. සැබෑ ඩිලිවරි කිරීමේ පිරිවැය මිල අධික විය හැකි බවට, ඔබේ අවබෝධය අපි අගය කරමු. උදාහරණයක් ලෙස, ලීටර් 20 තීන්ත බාල්දියක් ප්‍රවාහනය කිරීම සඳහා රුපියල් 4,000 ක සැබෑ ඩිලිවරි කිරීමේ පිරිවැයක් දැරීමට සිදු වේ, නමුත් අපි ඔබෙන් ඇණවුමක් සඳහා ඩිලිවරි කිරීම සඳහා රුපියල් 400 ක් පමණක් අය කරමු.
5. ඇණවුමක් කුරියර් කිරීමෙන් (dispatch) පසු එය අවලංගු කරන අවස්ථාවන්හිදී, සැබෑ ඩිලිවරි කිරීමේ පිරිවැය සහ ඒ ආශ්‍රිත සැකසුම් පිරිවැය ආවරණය කිරීම සඳහා අමතර ගාස්තුවක් ගෙවිය යුතුය. මෙම ගාස්තුව Fresh Coat Colors විසින් තීරණය කරනු ලැබේ.
